Soya chunks (80gr) Biryani Rice (50gr) Onion (2 pieces) Ghee/oil (5gr ) Whole Spices (Cinnamon 1inch , Cardamom Green & black 2 pieces , Clove 2 pieces, Bay leaf 2 )
Soak the Soya-chunk in hot water & squeeze out all the water from inside. . Heat up the cooker & pour oil. . Once the oil heats up add whole spices on low flame for min. . Add soya-chunks & rice in its & also some water till the surface level . . Close the cooker & put it on high flame for whistles . . Please don't open the cooker for - min. Enjoy your dish now 🙏😋
