40g mini soya chunks 50g rice 5g oil 50g onion 50g tomato 50g capsicum 3 green chillies
Boil soya chunks and white rice separately Take a pan.Put oil and let it heat Add cumin seeds and let them crackle Add all the chopped veggies- onion,tomato,capsicum and all the spices as per your taste (salt,turmeric,chilli powder,garam,garam masala) and cook them for - minutes at a medium flame Add boiled soya chunks, rice and mix it Cook for another - minutes and it is ready !!!
