Wash the rice and Soya chunks grams each and soak for - mins in the water.
Heat gms oil/ghee in a cooker and put cumin seeds and dry red chilly into it.
Add chopped onion, garlic, green chilly, ginger and roast for few mins in a medium flame untill it turns little brown.
Add salt as per taste and other spices with all chopped vegetables , green peas and tomato
Take out the soya chunks from water and put into the roasted masala and mix well for - minutes.
Put rice and Pour water twice the quantity of rice and mix well.
Close the lid of the cooker in low flame and pressure for upto whistle and then turn off the flame.
Once the steam comes out , open the cooker and your soya Pulao is ready to serve hot and fresh.
