Onion, Potato, Coriander, Green chillies - total 150 gms - all chopped finely and lemon
Soya chunks - 60gms
Mustard seeds, salt, turmeric
Boil soya chunks in water for mins while adding salt. Squeeze chunks to drain water completely.
Add oil to kadai and add Mustard seeds and let them crackle
Add green chillies and saute for a minute. Then add onions and saute till they turn light brown.
Add half of chopped coriander leaves and saute for a minute
Add soya and potatoes and saute for a minute then cover and cook for - minutes
Add turmeric and salt to soaked poha and add this soaked poha to kadai
Mix well and squeeze lemon juice into it
Cook covered for - minutes
Garnish with coriander and serve hot
