Veggies of choice
Boil soya chunks and rinse them . Add salt and pepper and mix them with soya chunks and keep aside.
In a pan add butter , mustard seeds and green chilly . Once the seeds start to pop add veggies and saute them
Toast the bread on other side and cut in small pieces
Once the veggies are done add little water , masala of choice or maggie masala , give it a mix and add soya and bread.
Mix everything together and serve hot
