50 gm Paneer 30 gm Soya chunk 30 gm lentils (any) 5gm oil(for dressing) Greens Like onion , tomatoes, cucumber + Cabbage. Protein = 30 gm (approx) Carbs = 30 gm Fat = 5 gm

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients well. For dressing. Take gm ghee , Squeeze one lemon add salt pepper , and put it in the salad . Mix well and enjoy the salad
