20 GMs Soya chunks flour
20 GMs Wheat flour
50 GMs Curd
10 GMs cheese spread
1 medium onion and capsicum
5 GMs ghee for roti and 4 GMs olive oil for tossing veggies
80 GMs paneer( I took paneer tikka which was left over from previous day)
Spice like salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic
- Take soya flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Add little salt and little curd. Add little water and make dough ( adding curd will make the chapatis softer). Rest the dough for mins and make chapatis. I made chapatis from this quantity
- Slice onion and capsicum. Take little olive oil in a non stick pan and sauté veggies for few minutes. Add salt and black pepper
- For dip/sause, take around gm curd in a bowl, add cheese spread, crush one garlic, add salt, black pepper and oregano or any spice of your choice
- Take paneer tikka and lightly crush it ( To make paneer tikka, take paneer cubes in a bowl, add hung curd, salt and spices of your choice. Keep the marinated mix for mins. You can either roast in otg/tandoor/tava)
- To make the roll, take soya roti, spread veggies at the centre, add paneer, squeeze some lemon for taste (optional), spread the curd and cheese sauce, add some coriander for some extra flavour. Make a roll and enjoy this scrumptious meal
