Ingredients

Wheat flour-60gm Soya granules (grinded fine)-20gm Paneer- 40gm Boiled potato-30gm Spinach (finely chopped)- 30gm Green chilli (finely chopped) Spices of your choice Water to make soft dough (For 2 big paranthas)

Method

Step 1

-Mix wheat flour, soya granules powder, spinach together. -Add water to make a soft dough. -Mix boiled potato, paneer, green chilli, salt and spices. Mash into a soft stuffing. -Fill the stuffing inside the dough. -Roll it flat. -Grill in oven or on stove until brown. !!!ENJOY!!!
