1. Cooked Rice ( 150gr ) 2. Paneer ( 50gr ) 3. Soya-chunks ( 20gr ) 4. Veggies ( carrot , onions , beans ) ( 150gr ) 5. Ghee/ Cooking Oil /Butter ( 10gr ) 6. Powders : Maggie Masala , Turmeric , Salt
Heat ghee/cooking oil in the pan ( keep gr aside ) . Add green chilli , onion, chopped veggies , panner , soyachunks & shallow fry . . Add salt , turmeric powder & wait for min to add Maggie Masala. . Add cooked rice & mix everything on high flame. . Add the left-out butter/ghee after turning off thr flame & cover the pan for min. . You can add tomato sauce from top (its optional )
