35 gm soya bean 100 gm paneer 100 gm veggies of your choice 8 gm ghee.
In a non stick pan, add gm ghee. Sauté vegetables of your choice. Add soya bean to it and mix well. Add spices as per taste. In the last add paneer and switch the stove off so that paneer tastes smooth. mix everything well. Serve alone or alongside chapati.
