Step : Boil Soya chunks and drain excess water. Grind soya chunks in mixer. Step : Cramble Paneer and add besan, spices, ginger garlic paste Step : Mix all and make a dough. Make small ball shapes Step : Heat appam pan , grease with oil and place the appam balls in the pan on medium flame. Step : After to minutes turn the balls to other side. Once the color of the balls change, its then ready to serve.
