ghee/oil 5gm
ginger garlic paste 1/2tbsp
green chilly paste 1/2tbsp
salt
Boil gm soya chunks for minutes and squeeze water after they cool down.
add boiled soya chunks to jar of mixer grinder and grind soya chunks.
Take whole Eggs in a cup, add green chilly paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and other masala if you like.
add grinded soya chunks to mixture of egg.
heat the pan keep on medium flame and spread oil nicely on pan.
Spread the mixture on pan and cook soya omelette nicely on both sides.
serve hot soya omelette on plate and enjoy your protein!
