Carrot, cabbage, ginger ,garlic , green chilli ,spring onion, pepper salt
Mix maida ,soya flour and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for mins. By the time saute ginger, garlic, chilli, spring onions, cabbage and carrot in oil. Do not over cook. Add salt and pepper. Momos stuffing is ready Take small size dough , roll gently and add the Momos stuffing to it after that start pleating and sealing it. Place in steamer and Steam for mins. Momos are ready to eat.
