Step - heat gm of oil in a kadhai , now add onions and green chilli and saute till the onions gets golden brown . Step - now add tomato and other vegetables and add salt ,pinch of black pepper ,coriander powder, turmeric,red chilli and add boiled soya chunks in it and give it a quick mix cook for mins and then add garam masala to the sabzi cover n cook for another mins till the desired consistency is attained. You can add a little water if you want it to be a gravy recipe
