Soya chunk flour 40 g Wheat flour 40 g Chana sattu 30 g Mustard oil 2.5 ml Black salt /table salt Ginger Garlic Lemon juice Green chilli Coriander leaves Roasted jeera powder Ajwain Kalaunji
Knead soya chunk flour and wheat flour together like normal chapati dough Step . Prepare stuffing separately. Take sattu flour in a bowl. add coarsely grinded ginger, garlic , and green chilli, put lemon juice. Add ajwain, kalaunji, rosted jeera powder, coriander leaves, salt and mustard oil (optional).Mix them well. Step . Make ball of dough prepared from wheat and soya chunk flour, stuff it with sattu masala prepared.Two littis can be made out of dough. Step . Take appam maker and roast these on low flame for min.Once cooked properly, cracks will appear. Step . Can be eaten hot. You can add ghee on top of that if it fit your macros. **Calories mentioned is of only littis.
