1. Roasted soya chunk powder 40 g 2. Curd 25 g 3. Roasted Jeera Powder 4. Salt 5. Lemon as per taste
Take powdered soya chunk in a blender, mix curd, roasted jeera powder, salt, lemon and mix it well.
Additional masala like jal jeera or rock salt can be added to make it more tastier.
Pour it in a glass and drink it.
