Wheat flour 30g
Ghee 5g
Dry spices - Dried mint, chilli powder, salt, ajwain
Make a dough with soya flour and wheat flour. Roll into chapati, spread some ghee and sprinkle wheat flour. Add dry spices. Now fold the chapati like we make paper fan to get layers. Once done again roll it into paratha cook over griddle by applying the ghee on both sides.
