Oil-5 g
Roasted gram daal ( footani daal )-10g
Peanuts/Nuts-any -10g
Chivda masala/any spices of your choice
Curry leaves
Asafotida-1 pinch
Turmeric powder
Salt - as per taste
Mustard seeds/ cummin seeds for tadka
Brush oil on the non stick pan and dry roast soya granules nicely Keep aside
In the same pan , roast futani daal ,peanuts/ nuts ,keep aside
Heat oil & add mustard seeds,cumin seeds &curry leaves,
Lower the flame , add turmeric powder,asafotida,chivda masala / Any other masala of your choice like chat masala, dhania jeera powder etc
Take care not to burn spices Add granules, salt , mix well
Store in airtight container after it cools down! Enjoyyyy!!
