Fine Grinded Soya Chunks or defatted Soya flour (100gm)

Curd(100 gm)

Spice Mix

Veggies (any)

Oil (10 gm)

Coriander, green chillies, mint leaves, salt (as per requirement)

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients and make soft dough

Step 2

Shape the dough in form of cutlet and roast it on non stick tava with some oil for - minutes

Step 3

You can fine grind soya chunks to prepare soya flour or use defatted soy flour variant
