Soya chunks tikki .boil g amount of Soya chunks for mins add cold water and after min remove water from chunks make it completely dry . Chop green chillies , coriander , add to garlic cloves grind it in mixer .Add boiled soya chunk in mixer along with chillies , coriander and garlic grind it well .Add spoon (g) gram flour (besan) you can also add oats flour or corn flour add salt and table spoon ghee grind mixture well .make round shape tikki of that mixture add ghee or olive oil on pan and fry it on low flame with less oil . Your delicious high protein soya tikkies are ready have it with curd or homemade sauce
