Step - Boil water, add salt and spoons vinegar. Add the soya chunks. Boil till the water evaporates.
Step - Without squeezing the water from the chunks, move the chunks to a bowl. Add curd. Mix well. Keep aside for min
Step - Grind onion to a paste. In a pan, add ml oil/ghee. Add the onion paste. Saute till brown
Step - Grind tomato, Ginger, garlic, red chillies, green chillies to a paste. Add it to the pan. Saute till the oil separates.
Step - Add the spices to the sauteed mixture. Mix well.Add the curd soaked soya chunks.
Step - Add water. Mix everything well and close the lid. On low flame, cook for -min
Step - Add kasuri methi and Garam masala. Mix well. Serve hot
