ginger garlic paste 5 gms
bay leaf 1/2, pepper corns 3-4, cardamom 1/2, cloves 2-3, dry red chilli 1/2
yogurt 1 tbsp
Add ghee in a cooker/heavy bottom pan
add jeera and mustard , pinch of hing
Coarse all dry spices except bay leaf and add it to ghee
add onion and ginger garlic paste
Put soya chunks in warm water until soft and marinate with yogurt and normal spices (red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt ) for mins
once onion is brown add tomatoes and lil salt
once tomatoes are mushy , add marinated soya chunks and cover it with a lid (if its dry and sticking to pan then add lil water)
after mins and add half cooked rice ( add fully cooked rice after - mins )
garnish with Fresh coriander leaves and roasted onion (onion can be roasted in gms of ghee separately but its an optional thing)
