Oil - 3 to 4gm
Mint powder (must have)
Red chili powder
Chaat masala
Salt to taste
- Add oil in a pan, heat it a little. - Add soya chunks and roast them on a low flame for few mins until they become crunchy. - Turn off the gas and add all the spices mentioned above. - Mix well and enjoy! I usually make them in bulk, for entire week. Saves me some time for other chores. (You can replace mint powder with peri peri masala or maggie masala. I am sure it would taste great as well!) PS: They taste awesome as is, but you can add onion, tomato, lemon to make it like a street style chaat!
