onions, chilly, coriander (~50 gms)
salt,pepper,garlic,carom seeds
Oil/ghee (15 gms)
For making the batter, add equal quantity of soya flour and gram flour, chopped onion,tomato,green chilly and some carrom seeds,add water and adjust a flowy consistency.
Add salt as per taste ,mix the batter well and let it sit for minutes.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Then pour the batter in to the pan and spread it evenly. Let it cook slowly from one side and then from the other.
Cook it till it turns light brown and Soya Cheela is ready. For the mentioned quantity cheelas can be made and is enough for one serving.
. Have it with your favorite chutney or tomato sauce.
