Wheat flour (50gms) Soya flour (50gms) Salt to taste 0.5 TSP oil
Add the wheat flour, soya flour, oil and prepare a soft dough using enough water. Soya at times may take slightly more time to get kneaded. Let this mixture remain aside for minutes. . If the dough is not soft enough, add . TSP oil more and knead again if needed. . Divide in ~/ equal portions and you can roll out each dough into rotis. . Heat on a kadhai upside down on hot flame. Cook until you see some black blisters on surface of roti. . The appearance may be a bit dark as compared to wheat chapatis which is normal.
