Wheat flour 80g

Paneer 50g

Salt as per taste

Ajwain 5g

Method

Step 1

Grind soya granules

Step 2

Grind paneer with some water to make paste

Step 3

Knead wheat flour, soya granules powder and paneer paste by adding salt and ajwain into soft dough

Step 4

Apply half oil and rest dough for - mins

Step 5

Roll into chapatis, use remaining oil for rolling
