Dry spices mix - Black salt+Rock salt+ Amchoor+ Red chilli powder+ Ginger powder+ salt to taste
Cumin seeds
Green chillies and fresh coriander
Pre boil chickpeas and soya chunks with salt separately. Add oil in a pan once hot add the cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add soya and chickpeas and sauté for about few min. Add the dry spices and sauté again. Prepare onion + tomato + Chilies + coriander salad and add the same dry spices mix to it. Serve the chickpeas and soya in a plate and top it with salad.
