100gm chopped cabbage
50gm chopped tomato
50gm chopped onion
5gm oil
Curry leaves
10gm peas
In a pan add oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Next add onion and tomato and toss well.
Now soak the soya granules in water for mins and drain the water.
In the pan, add the cabbage and soya granules. Add the peas.
Mix all well, add salt, turmeric powder, coriander & cumin powder, garam masala and dry mango powder.
Cover lid and cook. Dont add water to retain the crispiness.
