50 gm chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Boil soya chunks
Squeeze out the water from the boiled soya chunks and grind it in a grinder.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and onion. Sauté until the onions become golden.
Add turmeric. Mix well and add ground soya, and salt. Add water as per the desired consistency. I have used tablespoons of water.
Cover the lid and let it cook for a minute on medium flame. Mix it well and let it cook for a few more minutes on low flame.
Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix it well. Enjoy with roti or as is.
