carrot -50g grated
onion-50g small cuts
Spices -Saunf powder 1/2tsp,chilli powder-1tsp ,aachi 65masala powder 1tsp / garam masaa powder,salt as req
Step - Take a non stick pan add g oil and spices ,saute in low flame for a min.add onion and carrot saute min
Step - Add grated tofu and salt and saute mins in low flame for to mins.garnish with coriander leaves.you can have it as a snack or with rice or chapathi 😋😋😋
