Ingredients

1) Soya Chunk Flour (20 gms) 2) Mix Dal Flour (30 gms) 3) Bottle gaurd (100 gms) 4) Buttermilk (100ml) 4) Ghee (3 gms) 5) Spices (to taste) 6) baking powder and soda

Method

Step 1

) Finely grade bottle gourd. ) Add soya and dal flour in it. ) Add salt, spices and half table spoon baking soda and powder ) Add buttermilk slowly, mix well till you get a soft dough and let the dough set for min. ) Brush the ghee in a pan and place the dough and slowly flatter the same. ) Brush the remaining ghee on the top of the dough. ) Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for mins. ) Flip the dough and cover for - mins again. ) Cut in cake in desired size and enjoy with choice for of chutney and Curd/Soup.
