Onions chopped (medium), 35gm Soya Granules, 35gm Flour, 2pc Garlic cloves chopped, 1 chilli chopped, 1Tbsp Oil, Chilli flakes, Piri Piri mix masala, Oregano, Salt & Basil to taste.
Heat oil & add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, chilli & onions. Saute till light brown
Add Oregano & Piri Piri mix masala
Add washed & strained soya granules. Garnish with Basil
Add salt as per taste & allow to cook for mins
Make chapati dough & fill in the mixture
Flatten the paratha & roll the paratha. Careful not to break it.
Cook on tawa with little or no ghee / butter as per your taste & available macros.
