Paneer -50 grams
Onion- 1 medium size
Tomato- 1 medium size
Cashews- 4(7 grams)
Ghee- 10gms
Cardamom - 1
Clove- 1
Milk- 100 ml
Zero calorie Sugar (optional)
Roughly chop onion and tomato
Boil onion, tomato and cashews till it gets tender
Grind onion, tomato, cashews, cardamom and clove into a smooth paste
Heat ghee in a pan and pour the paste and add red chilli powder, sugar, kasoori methi and cook it well
Add milk and and bring it to boil
