10 ml ghee

vegetables (finely chopped peppers, onion)

salt

pepper

Method

Step 1

mix all ingredients described into a bowl, give it a stir and add ml ghee, spread onto non stick tawa, add batter and spread over ghee

Step 2

flip the side and add remaining ghee. cook until looks cooked and relish!
