Heat g butter in a pan, keep low flame.
Add chopped veggies in the butter, add salt and saute on low flame for - mins.
Add seasoning of choice to the pan and mix.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Take out on a plate and add peanuts. Serve hot.
