50g Sabudana (Sago) 100g Potatoes boiled 20g peanuts (roasted and crushed) 5g ghee 4g Sugar Salt Green chillies Lemonn juice
Soak sabudana for an hour, dry roast peanuts and crush them lightly, Add the ghee in pan,once hot add cumin seeds, green chillies and boiled & diced potatoes. Let potatoes turn a li’l golden and crispy. Add salt to taste, a pinch of red chilli powder and sugar. Add the pre-soaked sabudana and crushed peanuts. Squeeze in a lime and chopped coriander. Serve hot.
