Ingredients

mushroom (200 gram ) onion 2 tomato 1 ginger ,garlic , , curd cumin seeds, chilli powder , coriander powder , garma masala , turmeric , salt , kastoori methi

Method

Step 1

. add ginger ,garlic cloves ,chopped tomatoes , water soaked cashews ,curd ( table spoon ) in a grinder and make paste . keep it aside.

Step 2

oil ( tbs ) and add cumin seeds (/ tbs) and onions saute them till they are properly cooked and become brown

Step 3

add chilli powder ( tbs ), coriander powder ( tbs), turmeric powder , garam masala (/ tbs), and saute them

Step 4

add the paste and mix them properly

Step 5

add mushroom , salt ,.little wate and cook them at low flames for - mins and add kastoori methi and mix well

Step 6

serve them along with chappaties ( flour - grams )
