100 gms makhana (foxnuts)
0.6 gms Turmeric powder
0.6 gms Red Chilli powder
2.2 gms Chat Masala
10 gms Ghee
Salt as required
Heat ghee in a Pan or Kadai
Add the makhana and roast for - mins on a low flame till they become crisp and crunchy. Keep stirring in between
Add all the spices and salt except for chat masala.
Switch off the fire and stir the whole mixture.
Sprinkle the chat masala powder and again mix well.
Serve roasted makhana straightaway or let it cool and store in air-tight container.
