rava - 40 gms
soya flour - 50 gms
curd - 100 gms
veggies - Onion, tomatoes, green chillies -2, coriander - all finely chopped - 150 gms
ghee - 8 gms
spices - cumin powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste
soak rava in cure for minutes
add all the ingredients and spices add water to adjust consistency
spread ghee on tawa and spread the batter evenly to make a thin uttapam
roast evenly from both sides
