Boil quinoa for to minutes and strain it . Marinate prawns with salt . In a pan add oil when it is hot add mustard seeds .. Add chopped onion and curry leaves and cook till translucent . Add turmeric (green chilli if needed) . Add blanched asparagus and broccoli . Add quinoa and toss for a minute . Remove from flaim and add lemon juice . Grill prawn in nonstick pan . Mix prawns in the quinoa add coriander of needed.
