STEPS: .Heat pan .Add oil, cumin seeds , green chillies , let it splutter . Add onions & palak chopped . Saute well till soft . Add soaked Quinoa & Bulgar wheat .keep sauting till everything is soft . Add turmeric powder pinch . Mix well . Add grated paneer . Mix well . Add lemon juice . Mix well . Dress with corriander leaves and serve Hot
