Gram flour - 25 gm Curd - 150gm Soya Chunks- 20 gm Onion - 50 gm turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Red chilli- 1/4 tsp Salt according to your taste
Add gram flour to curd along with salt ,chilli and turmeric in the blender and blend well and add ml of water to make it of thin consistence. In the pan add oil ,to the heated oil add curry leaves and sliced onions .Saute it till is little golden in colour. Add the gram flour water paste to it and let it boil and then cook on slow heat . Add boiled and squeezed soya chunks to the boiling curry and cook it for minutes with the lid on. Serve it hot with rice or roti.
