Multigrain bread Sweet corn boiled Onion Capsicum Tomato Cabbage Greek yogurt unsweetened/ low fat curd
Take Greek yogurt (unsweetened) or low fat curd, add some sweet corns, onion, tomato, capsicum and cabbage to it. Now add salt black pepper powder oregano to it. Mix it well. Apply this mixture on a slice of multigrain bread, now cover it with another bread slice & grill it. The protein sandwich is ready. One can have it with green chutney too. One can add cucumbers too
