Soya Chunks - 100 g
Wheat flour - 100 g
Semolina - 40 g
Turmeric - a pich
Methi leaves - 1 tbsp
Palak puree - 1/2 cup
Beet root purée - 1/2
Water as needed
Carom seeds, salt, asafoetida and chilli flakes as per taste
Mix all the dry ingredients except turmeric.
Divide the above mix into three parts
) first part add spinach purée and make dough ) second part add beet root purée and make dough ) third part add methi leaves and turmeric and make dough
Roll the dough and cut it into desired shape and size
Now bake them at C preheated oven or Airfryer until cooked and then at until crisp It takes around min in airfryer per batch but it takes - min per batch in oven
