Skimmed Milk Powder - 20 gms
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Scoop whey
250 ml water
mix dry fruits 10 gms
Take oats in bowl pour in ml hot water in it keep it aside for mins, now put milk powder, whey, ml water and peanut butter in it and mix properly make sure no lumps form now put dry fruits and you are ready to have your creamy super quick oats which also taste goooood. I have used milk powder as I like it’s taste but you can use normal milk as well but make sure to count its macros.
