Whey protein:1.5scoop ( banana cream flavour used here)
Stevia as per taste
Baking powder :1/4 tsp
Milk :60ml
Cocoa powder :5gms
Ghee:2gms(use within your macros)
Desiccated coconut:2gms (use within macros)
Mukhwas : optional:used 2gms
Steps: . Add whey powder, baking powder , stevia and coco powder to mug and mix well/ or dry whisk well . Add ml of milk slowly and beat with spoon or whisk well till you get running consistency without any lump . Add running ghee /ghee in liquid form and mix well( you can use oil of your choice within macros) . Now once the batter is ready place the mug is microwave and run for secs first . After secs check it has not over flown .microwave for another secs , it should be ready by now . Take out from microwave and let it sit for a min and drizzle some desiccated coconut and mukhwas or any toppings of your choice within macros and enjoy your mug cake
