My new home made laddo I love sweet .....to much bcoz of my consistent in my progress I was starting to make at home One of them is 35 g Nutrition 300 g roasted oats 100g protein powder 100 g roasted almonds 2 TS peanut butter 2 TS Ghee 2 TS pumpkin seeds 30 g sesame seeds 2 TS cacao powder 30 ml milk
Put everything in one blow Mix the dry products. Then bring slowly the milk still all of them will a little wet. then make laddo 😊🍯🍯🍯 I was not use sweetness bcoz protein is sweet. if you want can use honey, Agave syrup or Rice syrup
