Boiled chicken -275gms
Yellow moong dal(boiled) - 80gms
soya granules(powdered)-50 gms
boiled potato -100gms
cauliflower(grated)- 50gms
oats-40gms
oil -10 gms
ginger, garlic( chopped)
Add all the ingredients - boiled chicken(minced with hands), boiled dal ) without water), oats, potato, oats, soya powder, grated cauliflower
Add ginger, garlic, desired spices(salt, pepper), coriander leaves etc
Mix everything to make a dough. If required add little water.
Make small patties of gms each.
Pan fry them with little oil on non stick pan.
Serve with coriander chutney. Each small kebab will give you .gms of protein and cal in all.
