Paneer 50 gm
Cheese 20 gm
spices ( salt, pepper, coriander powder, chilli)
isabgul 1 teaspoon (optional)
oil 10 gm
peri per masala (optional)
Heat some water with a pinch of salt and soak soya granules in it for - minutes
Strain and remove the excess water from. the granules
Add grated paneer, cheese and all spices in the granules and mix well
Apply some oil on palm and make kabab of the mixture
Apply some oil on kabab and air fry them for min on °C or tawa fry the kabab using oil
Serve hot with coriander chutney
