Mix everything in a bowl with water to get thick batter
Heat a paniyarakkal kadhai
Add ghee in each slot
With a spoon, add the batter in each slot
Turn around the balls after - mins
Cook the other side for another - mins
Take off from the kadhai and enjoy protein balls throughout the day when hungry!
